6. Third-party services and transfers outside Quebec
In operating the site, some information may be transmitted to third-party service providers located outside Quebec. In accordance with Bill 25, we document these transfers below.

Data concerned: site files, access logs (IP addresses, timestamps) and contact form data.
Purpose: secure hosting and delivery of certi360.com.
6.2 Email (contact form)
Contact form data is transmitted by email to Certi360 through our mail provider to respond to your request.
7. Hosting and data location
The certi360.com website is hosted on a dedicated server. Access logs and form data are kept on that server or emailed to Certi360 in Quebec.
8. Retention of information
Information collected through the contact form is retained as long as needed to respond to your request and meet legal obligations, then destroyed or anonymized.
9. Access to information
Only authorized Certi360 personnel have access to collected personal information, within the scope of their duties.

- Request deletion or cessation of dissemination of your information
